My Story & Teaching Philosophy
When I was a child, I loved to role-play and imagine myself as either a teacher or a host and just talk to my pretend students or pretend audience. That said, I also realized that my love for speaking can translate to impact in the society that we lived in. At a young age, I am blessed to grow up with parents that taught me the value of being the driver of your life which became the primary foundation of my teaching philosophy.

People are unique, and that is what makes us all equal. It is the fact that each person is distinct from the other that makes our world balanced. The differences that each person has cultivates into something that is so beautiful because anything is possible.
From these learnings, I know how I am going to impact and shape my future students to be valuable contributing members of society and at the same time, be happy and satisfied with what they are doing in a way that they will be able to maximize their potential.
Every person is different and if there is one thing that is inevitable, it is change. We have to allow ourselves to be open and accepting of these changes because it is the only thing that is constant. In teaching, we must put our students in the best position to learn independently catered to their skill set. Sure, general education and basic skills are just as important but developing independent learners capable of critical-thinking and creativity is the goal in the rapid-developing global world. My philosophy is that, allowing a person to think on his or her own and allow themselves to grow and not be enclosed in a box because I believe each person deserve to have their own light shine.
